This photo is 'home' to me, our dog Phillie out in her back garden in Mayglass, Co. Wexford, Ireland, with her favorite thing, a ball. For so many reasons this photo brings me the peace that 'home' always brings me... a dog's unconditional EVERYTHING and a quiet country morning and my rainbow that follows me around the world! - Joy

I guess when you get down to it, no matter where you are in this great big, amazing world, as long as you have family you are home. They ground me wherever we are. I am truly blessed to belong to this family. I have also been blessed with precious friends who make my family bigger and better. They make me better just by being there. - Kathy

So I am sitting here thinking what image would best describe my new image of home. In the past few months my whole life has changed. Priorities, time, relationships, understanding, and even the meaning of just "me". Home is wrapped up in me, and more than ever before I realize that home isn't really the house I come home to everyday. How do I send a picture of my family, baby, animals, husband, friends? How do I sum up everyone I love in my picture of home? Then I walk by my girls room and peek through the crack of the door and see the image I will send. Now I know what home is... Every step I take, and each time I wiggle my toes into the sand, I can feel my roots creep a bit deeper. Every longing for the stars, or just wanting to sit and bathe in the sun, my branches stretch higher. And it is between the two, within the pulse of a mighty trunk, that I find Home.
