Camel Ride
It is taking some time to adjust, now that we are home. A few of our group returned home on a one hour flight (Israel), but this was not the case for most of us. If you were with me, an eleven hour flight demanded 24 hours once you factored in all of the steps and a time change. And some of you required more than a day, including a prolonged layover. I've noticed that you are laying low and looking slightly bewildered. I know just how you feel!
On our last full day in Egypt we managed to fit in shopping, a farewell dinner, and (Of Course) a camel ride. How could we leave this wonderful land without papyrus, Egyptian Cotton sheets, and a never-to-be-forgotten ride on the hump? What a hoot!
Once we've recovered a bit more, I look forward to sharing with you the highlights of this most unique and awe-inspiring journey.
